Belle
LARRIKIN LORE · Released 2 July 2024
Lyrics
Hey, can you tell it's the beautiful Belle casting her spell as she walks in the room? The happy she brings, it's a beautiful thing... ...like a bird on a wing softly spreading it round as she sings.
Hey darlin' Belle, beautiful Belle I'm under your spell when you walk in the room. I dream you at night, such a beautiful sight... ...so shiny and bright as you're warming in morning sunlight.
I know that you will show me the way You’ll help me make it through the day and everything will be OK.
Hey darlin' Belle, beautiful Belle (you're so swell) I'm under your spell when you walk in the room. (you're so swell)
Hey darlin' Belle, beautiful Belle (you're so swell) I'm under your spell when you walk in the room. (you're so swell)…
About the song
Belle is a lovable little French Bulldog who has become a big part of my life – there is something very special about the unconditional love and loyalty from ‘man’s best friend’. They can put things in perspective and simplify the complicated: ”the happy she brings, it’s a beautiful thing”.
